The Legend of Valentino is a 1975 American made-for-television biographical film written and directed by Melville Shavelson. Not to be confused with the 1961 documentary movie “The Legend of Valentino”. It deals with real life occasions concerning the actor and sex symbol of the 1920s Rudolph Valentino. They make a variety of reasonably short songs, and while the songs are usually very good, their real power comes from the way the albums work as complete items of music.
